Working with the land owner, WBW devised a strategy to secure outline planning permission for residential development on a disused farm complex, and the establishment of a new modern farm complex on a neighbouring site.
The residential site was sited adjacent to an existing small hamlet of 3 houses. WBW demonstrated that the re-development of the site would lead to an enhancement of the area and was acceptably close to nearby settlements to make the location suitable for 3 new houses.
Separate planning permissions were also secured for the establishment of sizeable new agricultural buildings on the neighbouring redeveloped farm complex.
