– Photographic identification and Proof of Residence

WBW Surveyors Ltd take security and privacy of your personal information seriously and have measures in places to prevent unauthorised access.
– Your files are held on our client management systems which are stored on our secure server. Access is restricted to those within the business who require access for legitimate business purposes.
– Hard copy files are stored in locked premises.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as legally required and necessary, dependent upon the type of service we have provided to you. This may be greater than the period in which we are providing the service to you in certain circumstances where we have statutory or regulatory obligations.
