Outcome: Following negotiations with the YDNP planning permission has been obtained.
Planning Policy within the Yorkshire Dales National Park aims to restrict the development of Static Caravan sites. Despite initial opposition we demonstrated to the Planning Authority that a new storage building was necessary and the landscape impact acceptable.
