Working within a project team on behalf of a Regional Property Developer, WBW has provided the Planning Expertise for a major employment led mixed use planning application. We advised on strategy to help guide the application submission, provided planning justification for the development proposal, and made the application on behalf of the applicant.
WBW also submitted a request for a Screening Opinion under the Town & Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations and prepared supporting information to accompany that request.
