Brief: To address the failings of a previously refused application (submitted without WBW’s involvement), and achieve a planning permission for an agricultural worker’s dwelling on a relatively new farm enterprise.
Location: Higham, Near Burnley.
Outcome: Following WBW’s involvement,Outline Planning Permission was achieved for an Agricultural Workers dwelling.

Outcome: Following WBW’s involvement,Outline Planning Permission was achieved for an Agricultural Workers dwelling.
The Local Council was not convinced about the justification for an agricultural workers dwelling and had previously refused planning permission on a number of occasions. WBW assisted by advising on strategy, and re-submitted a revised application for a new dwelling with a robust case to justify the development.
There was significant local opposition to the application. WBW provided advice on the Planning Committee process and produced information for presentation to the Planning Committee. Following WBW’s involvement, the application was approved by the Council.
