Chris brings a wealth of experience to the Company, having spent over 27 years based in Skipton advising farmers and landowners throughout Yorkshire and the North West on the vast range of issues which have affected the industry during that period. Chris moved to the Auction Mart in 2002 to manage the re-established CCM Farm Services, providing milk & livestock quota broking services and the full range of agricultural consultancy advice to an ever-expanding client base.

Michael is a general practice Chartered Surveyor with over 21 years' experience. Having specialised in Commercial and Residential Property Management and Valuations throughout the North of England, he has spent the past 11 years in private practice based in Skipton. As such, he has an in - depth knowledge of the commercial and residential property markets in Skipton and the wider locality and has excellent contacts with other property professionals

Adam Winthrop MRICS FAAV

Adam is a rural practice Chartered Surveyor and an active member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). Having started his professional career in Skipton 13 years ago, Adam has spent 10 years with a leading rural practice based in central Lancashire, the past 5 of those as partner. A past president of his Local Agricultural Valuers Association and current member of the CAAV Land Committee, Adam has also been on the list of recommended professionals for the Tenant Farmers Association for over 8 years.
